Need to get 2 spiral case design done
Stairs will be from Ground till first floor roof which is concrete slab .
3.2 mtr from ground to balcony then Balcony to Roof 2.7mtr.
I will also need a rough cross section drawing of the house from behind once stairs are installed....so that it can be included in the DA Submission.
