Space planning and floor design

I am looking for a professional to create an effective space plan and floor design for my large residential area, which is over 3,500 sq ft. I need someone with experience in designing large residential spaces, and who can provide creative ideas while also keeping practicality and functionality in mind. I am open to suggestions on furniture recommendations, but it is not absolutely necessary. I need an individual who can accurately evaluate my space and recommend a refined floor design to create a functional and attractive living area.
