Planning to build clinic cum residential on a 500 sq yards plot north west facing detached
Need good day light all day and plan to do the project in LGSF as per local laws the LGSF work can only be done from above 1 meter from the plinth
Want to have a eco friendly construction with solar panels and usable roof
Water body in front and swiming pool small at the rear, enterace to the clinical area from both sides with walkway in the front yard front boundy to have palm trees 3 or 4 in number total area would aprox 5000 sq ft over 2.5 floors the front ground and first will be clinical areas 750 st on each floor and rest would be residential
