Small office renovation

We have expanded our office space as phase 1 and our current old 30x40 office space needs to be remodeled. We need simple drawings to provide to a general contractor to provide us with a quote. We are on a First Nation so it is not required for permitting, zoning, etc. There will be the addition of a small 2 pc bath and a small lunch prep area (no stove) but fridge and sink.
