Small 2 bedroom semi detached house interior architecture design

Bought a house but want to change the layout, and I'm looking for a student who is nearly qualified for some ideas and drawings, I love the location of my house as I'm close to my parents who are late 70s Yr old, but the layout is pretty awful and I have some ideas but would like to have more information about what I can do and also help a student with ambition to work with and provide expenses for their time and services and hopefully gain experience on my house as part of their development. I have attached the original blueprints from Durham Council
