Small beach cottage 1000 sf

Need help with house plans to reproduce this cottage. I think I got close to the dimensions and layout. need some help with the staircase and 1/2 story master suite upstairs. I will email you more detail if this could be done. roof trusses, pitch, dormers etc. thank you.
