Small Timber House Plans Creation

I am seeking a architect or designer to create a full set of house plans for a training project. The house will be constructed using timber.

Key specifications include:
- A single bed with a closet
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with a shower and toilet
- Living room
- Laundry
- "L" shaped design to fit within 5m by 4m. The "L" section is 5x3m and the "_" section is 2x4m.
- A 1x1m deck with a skillion roof over it
- A complex roof design incorporating a scotch valley, broken hip and valley, hip and valley roof with a gable end on the short side of the "L"
- The long side of the "L" being a trussed Hip at the intersection leading to a gable design.
- Externally is weatherboard cladding

The plans should provide structural details but not extend to a complete blueprint including electrical and plumbing.

Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience in architectural design, preferably with timber houses
- An understanding of creating detailed structural plans
- Skills in creative and functional design
- Experience with complex roof designs.
