I am looking for someone to transform my idea into true architecture plans. It will have approx. 12,000 sq ft of retail space on the first floor and approx. 37,000 sq ft of living space above divided into two other stories. In all it will look like a strip mall with two stories over that are living quarters. There will also be one car garages in the rear of the property.
