Small House Design and Plans for Permiting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need design, architectural and MEP plans for a 420 foot tiny house to submit to the City for approval. This property is in California.
Currently I have a slab in place and there is a 14 X 12 foot building on the slab. I want to extend the building to cover the rest of the slab and put in kitchen, bath and living facilities. I have attached a sketch of a possible interior layout and another one of an exterior. I am open to any other interior and exterior designs.
I need a architectural site plan with distances to other buildings and lot lines. I have attached a site plan that shows distances.
