Small Contenplation Room
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
With total maximum roof area of 10m2 the portable building will be made up of 3 equally sized private rooms. At one end (Short End) of the rectangular structure will be a storage space, this space will be approximate 500 to 600 mm deep.
Each room will have a solid entry door, no more than 700mm wide the door jam will be steal, the door will be fitted with a ground level window. opposite the door a fixed window is required for the provision of natural light.
Sound proofing and insulation is important, it is anticipated that the structure will be made from fire fated freezer panels 75-100mm thick.
The floor will be lined with stainless steel sheeting, with a 150 mm rise .
A secondary flyover roof is desirably, this would provided a natural barrier between the ceiling/roof of the structure and the elements (Noise of Rain, Heat of Sun), it is expected that the roof would be a scallion design, providing a eave over the doorways.
If possible the angle of fall on the secondary roof should be capable of being reversed, in order to maximize any solar panels that may be fixed on the roof for independent (off the grid) power supply.
A internal height of 7foot is sufficient.
The structure should have lifting points to allow it to be raised with slings onto a crane truck.
the sub floor should be strong enough to allow the building to be winched onto a flat body tilt tray tow truck.
essentially some preliminary plans need to be drawn, so that discussions can be focused on the continued improvement of the design.
It would be preferable if both 2d and 3d plans were provided.
