Small Cabin design - preliminary sketch for Building Plans
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I would like a small cabin 5.5m long and 4.5m wide designed.
It will have a downstairs kitchen, living and bathroom area and a loft bedroom upstairs 3 to 3.2m long across the 4.5m width. The loft ceiling height is to be 2.4m.
Pile foundations.
Monopitched roof open to the North (the location is Southern hemisphere, so siting with be north facing for the sun.
Open plan living to North, kitchen (smallish kitchenette) on eastern side... bathroom south end.
Double sliding front doors.
Stairs to the loft (NOT ladder access). Minimum tread depth 250mm, maximum riser height 200mm. Preferably on eastern side.
I will be placing 2 cabins on each of the lots 1, 2 & 3 on the addached plan.
