Sketch floor plan ideas for split level house

Are you a creative house floor plan designer with experience designing floor plans on sloping land?

I'm looking for floor plan ideas for a house that would need to be split level on sloping land.
All that is required are basic sketches to propose ideas within scale and size to the land available.

Requirements and key concepts
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 of the bedrooms require private entrance and shared bathroom (To be used for air B&B)
- Main bedroom with walk in cupboard and on suite bathroom
- Other bedroom with on suite bathroom
- Large open plan living area, kitchen, lounge and dinning area all opening out onto a deck and small splash pool
- Double garage
- Small office space
- Primary living area facing north and east
- There is a view out to the eastern side to be made use of
- Floor plan needs to be split level due to sloping land and building height restrictions
- Maximum 340 Sqm preferably 300 Sqm in size

Use the plan attached as a template to understand house plan positioning and size and most importantly the slope of the land.

All that is required are floor plan ideas and rough sketch with sizing that would be suitable for such a piece of land.
