Site plan with grading for building permit and grade permit

I am looking for a professional to develop a site plan with grading for a building and grade permit for a residential property which covers more than five acres. The plan should include an accurate digital base map of the land, contours, buildings, roads, easements, etc. in order to receive approval from the local County Planning Department. In addition, I require detailed calculations of lot area, setbacks, grades, spot elevations, drainage patterns and any other requirements needed to complete the project. The plan should include a narrative report as required by County Codes, and all appropriate drawings and calculations should be generated in accordance with locally adopted regulations. The project must be completed in a timely manner and the final product should be legally binding and approved for the permit application.
