Site plan from an PA license architect and/or engineer, that can provide a stamp.

I am looking for a site plan from a Pennsylvania licensed architect and/or engineer that can provide a stamp. The plan is for a residential project and it should include a stamp from an engineer or architect. This site plan will not include building permit applications.
