Site Plan - Industrial Space for Rent

I am looking to develop a site plan for this property that has a mix of industrial and then also a convenience store uses. The focus on this plan would be the industrial section and I would like someone who has experience with USA industrial property and has done a site plan related to such in the past year. This is a small industrial project, likely with individual suites less than 2,500 SF. You should have an understanding of best practice turn radius for vehicles and laying out a parking lot.

The industrial site is approximately 2.5 acres.
