Site Plan Drawing for Care Home Permit

I need a detailed site plan drawing for a new grade level deck and 6 foot high privacy fence for long-term care home facility permit application in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The drawing should be accurate and comprehensive, meeting all local regulations.

Requirements:

- Existing building footprint and layout
- Parking and access roads
- Existing building setbacks from property lines.
- New deck and fence footprint and elevations included in the site plan (dimensions will be provided)
- 2 sets of scaled drawings, one Metric set and and Imperial set. PDF format

Ideal skills and experience:

- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with institutional site plans
- Knowledge of Halifax permit regulations
