Site Plan Design for 15 ADU Duplexes Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a professional to develop a comprehensive site plan for an ~2 acre parcel intended for the construction of 15 ADU duplexes. The layout of the buildings per Ordinance specifications.
Key Requirements:
- The site plan should accurately depict the layout of all buildings, including necessary setbacks and easements.
- It should incorporate all aspects of the development, including fire suppression systems, utilities, flat work, and road construction.
- The utilities to be included are water and sewage lines, electrical and gas lines, as well as telecommunications lines.
- Designated locations for fire hydrants and appropriate fire lanes need to be integrated into the plan.
