Site Drainage Plan

I'm seeking a professional to prepare a site drainage plan for the Ohio EPA. The primary purpose of this plan is to show stormwater runoff on the site.

Key Deliverables:
- Creation of a basic map of existing drainage with key features for showing stormwater runoff on a 5 acre site using Google Earth and some field surveying data. Site topography is near level with an office and garage to show. Site drains to a single 15" pipe that flows across the road to a small creek. Drainage map will be 11" x 17" finished size.
- No integration with existing drainage systems is required, a standalone system is to be developed
- The plan should be simple yet effective, focusing on addressing potential issues related to stormwater management

Ideal Candidate:
- Must have prior experience in drafting site drainage plans
- Familiarity with principles of managing stormwater runoff
- Experience in creating effective and efficient drainage systems
- Able to deliver a clear and concise basic plan, without the need for extensive measurement and calculations
- Familiarity with local regulations and environmental considerations in the area would be a bonus
