Single-Storey Modern House Blueprint
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in need of a talented, experienced architect who can create a modern single-storey house extension design for my project. Here's what I'm looking for:
- Core Style: The heart of the design needs to be modern. Clean lines, minimalistic approach, and an open aesthetic should reflect in your work.
- Structure: The house should be a single-storey design, easy to navigate and pleasant to live in.
- Specifics: I'd like a focus on an open floor plan to allow for a sense of freedom and connectivity within the home the extension to our existing house needs to include;
Butlers pantry
Open-Plan kitchen with a large island bench (dining table replacement)
Main Bedroom and ensuite with His/Hers Walk in wardrobe (ideally overlooking the pool area)
the single car garage extended in to the back to be a 4 car garage
Study
Another living area
Understanding of modern housing architecture, spatial allocation and ability to provide creative suggestions are key skills I am seeking in the freelancer.
