Here are the specifics of what I am aiming for:
-Architectural Style: I desire a farmhouse design with a blend of traditional and contemporary elements.
-Room Count and Layout: The house should consist of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 to 4 bathrooms. Attention should be focused on creating a functional and efficient layout that matches the style of the house. Open main living. Master in main. Prefer at least 2 upstairs with a loft. The 4th bedroom can be upstairs or downstairs.
Potential candidates for this project should have:
