Simple floor plan and ranch home architect plan for a 4 bedroom house

I am first time homebuyer but I have a kid who is wheelchair dependent for life. I am going to build a house for her. I am looking for talented and experienced architect to develop a comprehensive floor plan and ranch home design. Knowledge of ADA is must. The size of the house should be between 2,500-3,500 square feet, and I am open to suggestions in regards to the specific elements and features included in the plan. Additionally, I have a flexible timeline. I am not in hurry. I do not mid if it goes beyond 4 weeks. I am looking for simple design. I have very specific requirements like accessibility across the home and garage. one bathroom must be big enough for wheel chair to turn around.
