Simple concept design for 2 room holiday house
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for an experienced architectural designer to create a concept plan for a two-room holiday house. This home is intended as family accommodation and also short term rental, so I'm looking for a tropical modern style design with a focus on environmental and green architecture. The two rooms have been chosen to be consistent with the desired purpose for the house with a toilet that opens partially to the sky and with a garden. The rooms should also have large doors or windows, when opened, should blend with the outside green environment.
The designer must be confident in their ability to create a stylish and striking concept plan for a two-room holiday house, with a modern aesthetic. The concept should be clear and concise, with details on the materials, fixtures and fittings all laid out in a practical way.
The ideal candidate for this job will have previous experience in creating concept plans for similar projects. They should have a strong understanding of how to create a modern and visually pleasing design. A good portfolio of designs would be an added bonus.
