Simple Custom Design for Single-Family Home
Budget: $500 – $3,000 USD
I have been designing my own small house in SketchUp and I am at the point where I need some assistance with optimization and structural questions e.g. window placement, size, etc.
I have some unique requirements because of the lay of the land, my needs for building small with the intention to add on later (modular in essence).
I am open to everything from getting basic advice about the structural aspects (I have a number of questions) to full plan drawings (depending on the price).
Ideally I would like to quickly get information so I can perform the foundation and basement work while the weather is still favorable. The other details can come later.
I am attaching some concepts I have worked on so far hopefully someone can assist me through a mutual beneficial arrangement.
