Shouse 2 bedroom apartment

I am building a metal building on a 40 acre plot of woods. I want to transform half of it into a 2 bedroom second place (I live about 7 hours away). Plans to build bigger house on same property in 10 years. I am still collecting quotes from builders regarding actual metal building. But I need blueprints for construction loan and for the concrete guy to know where to put plumbing in. I have attached 2 different sizes of my scratching on graph paper.
