Shop house

Converting an old 40 x 60 mechanic shop building to a home and I am looking for some floor plan ideas. I want one end of the building to be combination living and kitchen. On the other end where the big wooden barn doors are will be garage. I am mainly looking for bedroom and bathroom configuration ideas. I can’t tell if the budget portion of this form is project budget or drawing budget. I expect to spend somewhere between 75k and $100,000 on the whole project.
