• Revit 3D modelling
• Lumion Rendering
• Autocad
• Excel

Skills:
• Experienced in architectural drafting and design
• Knowledge and experience with Australian codes and standards
• Full architectural drawing sets including:
• Ability to create comprehensive fire safety and evacuation plans
• Designing for energy-efficient and sustainable construction
o Site plans
o Self-storage unit layouts
o Floor plans
o Elevations
o 3D views
o Sections
o Landscape plans
o Traffic management plans
o Window and door schedules
o Cut and fill plans
o Demolition plans
o Office and amenity fitout
o Construction details
• Converting and working with detailed topographical surveys
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts
• Be able to produce drawing sets as per Storco Architectural Drawing Standards (attached)
• Work with project and sales teams
• Produce material markup plans for construction (workshop drawings)
• Produce material schedules and BOMs in revit
• Produce detailed and realistic renders in Lumion
