I've recently had architectural plans approved for a residential project. However, post-submission to our local code department, there have been specific concerns and prerequisites highlighted.

I'm in search of an expert not only to assist in making our plans compliant but also to guide me through the process so I can understand and manage similar challenges in the future.

1. Foundation Details: Clarifications needed on the depth and spacing of the foundation poles/pilings.

2. Insulation & Vapor Barrier: The plans must detail the vapor barrier's placement under the slab and specify insulation around the home's perimeter.
