Seeking Experienced Professional Engineer and/or Structural Engineer for a Multi-Phase Residential Project in Laramie County, WY Wyoming
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I am the owner of a hillside lot near Cheyenne, WY, and I'm about to start a multi-phase residential project. The initial stages involve constructing a 16x24 pavilion, followed by a 2-3 car garage in 2025, (...) and finally, a 2-story house with a walk-out basement in approximately 5 years.
I am seeking a Wyoming-licensed PE to act as a trusted advisor and partner throughout this project.
Goals:
- consult project ideas, feasibility assessments, and design concepts.
- review and updating drawings to ensure compliance with Laramie County regulations, e.g. foundations, trusses, and rafters.
- prepare permit packages for both the city and HOA, addressing any Wyoming requirements. (rubber stamp, etc).
I am open to both fixed-price and T&M contracts.
Please note - I will only consider responses that include details allowing me to verify your (or your company) Wyoming licensure.
