Seeking Architect for Residential Renovation -- 2

Structural house renovation in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia requiring plans through to planning and building permits and including cabinetry design and interior design, ready to go straight to a builder. Civil engineering will be a bonus to manage the structural complexity of the renovation. Existing structure is 2 story with desired future state adding a basement (soil test complete) and redesigning/building the back half of the house. A full brief is attached to define the work scope.
