Seeking Architect for Modern Mixed-Use Commercial Building
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm in need of a skilled architect, preferably based in Bangalore, to assist with the design of a modern, sleek mixed-use commercial building. This building will primarily cater to office spaces and retail stores, and will incorporate large windows as a key architectural feature.
Scope of Work:
- Full design encompassing architecture, elevation, structural, electrical, plumbing, etc, leading to comprehensive good-for-construction drawings.
- Close collaboration with me to complete the architecture and elevation designs within an ambitious 1-2 week timeframe, including revisions.
- Timelines for subsequent design phases to be discussed and mutually agreed upon (another 2 to 4 weeks)
