Second-Story Home Addition Blueprint

I'm looking to hire an architect to create a design for a second-story addition to my home. The addition would be a bump out side extension that would also add a second floor above the bump out. The addition is intended for two additional bedrooms upstairs with en-suite bathrooms or a jack and Jill shared bathroom. The lower level will add more closet space to the existing master on first floor and one additional small guest room.

Skills & Experience:
