Screen porch/room project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Want to build a screened porch/room onto the back of our house. Concrete foundation has been poured with city permit. Would like plan to incorporate existing roof over the breakfast nook or be replaced so that finished room is uniform in appearance. Height to bottom of window is 11 feet. Dimensions of footed foundation is 18 feet wide (16 feet by door) and 12 feet out from the base of the house..
