Scottsdale Home Additions - Expansion + Canopy
Budget: $1,000 – $2,500 USD
URGENT:
I am a general contractor in Phoenix, AZ, and I have a home addition to begin work on, very soon. A short set of plans was created for this project previously, by another contractor and designer. The layout of the interior addition has been revised by the new interior designer, only weeks before construction. However, the size of the addition has NOT been changed (307 Square Feet), so the engineering should be acceptable. I need to create a new set of plans, immediately. I will provide ALL of the information you need, including the original plans, a 3D image of the new layout, a plan view of the new layout, and everything else you could need to create a site plan, elevation drawings / perspectives, MPE drawings and details, civil drawings, dimensions, interior dimensions and details, roofing details, and general notes.
Additionally, these plans must include the construction of a backyard canopy structure, which was built in 2015. It was not permitted, and the City of Scottsdale has instructed me to include all of the details for the canopy, in order to approve these plans, and to grant my permit. I have created a crude drawing of the canopy which includes all of the details for that as well, and I have pictures, dimensions, details of it's assembly, etcetera. As I said, everything you could need.
It will not be a difficult project, but I need someone to move fast, and I am hoping my friend Mehraz will accept the job, but I'm putting this out there for everyone, in case she is too busy right now (I accidently ignored several of her requests for information on this.....)
