Scandinavian Summerhouse Extension Design
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am seeking an architect-designer with experience to help me bring my vision for a summerhouse extension in Sweden to life. This project will be completed in three stages, with the option for me to opt out after each stage.
Stage 1: Conceptual Design
• Develop a rough sketch and written explanation of your design ideas for the extension, including the two small rooms, conservatory, deck, and storage/workshop.
• This stage is a pitch to demonstrate your understanding of my needs and your creative vision.
• Incorporate my preference for Scandinavian design and explore the possibility of integrating solar panels.
• I assume this very short pitch is at a low cost
Stage 2: Detailed Design
• Create detailed 2D drawings and layouts of the extension, following the format provided in the reference document (Aktbilaga KA1-Förrättningskarta_A3L.pdf).
• Include façade drawings, colour schemes for the house, and a simple 3D model.
Stage 3: 3D Visualization
• Develop a full 3D visualisation of the entire area, including the extension, existing buildings, and potential future developments on the plot.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in architectural design, particularly for residential spaces.
• Excellent communication skills as I value collaboration and timely updates during the design process.
• Experience in remote collaboration is a plus.
Additional Information:
• I have attached pdf with more information and phots drawings, and measurements of the existing property.
• I am open to suggestions and alternative ideas to achieve the desired functionality within my budget.
