Scale and Dimensioning of Floor Plans

I have two small floor plans in PDF format that I need assistance with. One is an empty space with perimeter wall measurements, and the other includes walls and furniture.
Requirements:
- Convert the plans to a metric scale.
- Dimension all walls and furniture based on basic length and width measurements only.
- Include only dimensions on the plans, without any annotations or labels for rooms and furniture.
