I have a simple scaffold design + BOQ development project for you below:
Project brief:

We intend taking the helideck of a satelite oil and gas platform out of service, and as such plan to erect handrails round the circumference of the helideck using scaffold pipes to prevent personnel from falling overboard (see the general arrangement of the helideck).
Project requirements and deliverables:

We need you to help design the handrail setup using scaffold materials, as well as provide full procurement MTOs for the required materials (pipes, couplers, clamps etc.).The helideck dimensions could be approximated as: Length 81’-4” and Breadth 52’(see attached general arrangement drawing for further details).
