Safety Certification for Religious Ceremonial Space

As the overseer of a new, unique religious gathering space incorporating both an icosahedron grid and an octagon ceremonial area, I'm in need of a structural engineer to ensure the safety of this design. Your task will not only involve certifying that the structures are safe but also ensuring they can comfortably accommodate between 1 to 15 people.
