Description:
I am looking for experienced architects and quantity surveyors to assist with the design and planning of a 26,000 sqm (160M X160m) shopping center. The center will follow a China mall-style layout, single level, with approximately 400 shops.
Scope of Work:
Architectural Drawings: Full set of drawings, including but not limited to floor plans, elevations, sections, site plan, and any required details for construction and approvals.
Bill of Quantities (BQS): Detailed BQS to include all material and labor costs for construction, broken down into sections.
Requirements:
Ability to deliver detailed and accurate work in a timely manner.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Deliverables:
Complete architectural design in CAD or other industry-standard formats.
Exterior out look of the project, renders etc.
Comprehensive BQS document .
Please include examples of previous work and your estimated timeline for completion.
