SMALL SHOP HOUSE CONCEPT & PLANS
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi,
We are in the Philippines and want concept and plans for a small shop with living area at back.
Imagine single level approximately 80 square metres.
Narrow 10M wide frontage x 20M depth (also own adjoining block at rear which is wider and longer in size).
The project is in a southern Philippines province where many people still bucket water from wells.
Imagine the shop will serve customers from the front face of the building (customers will not enter the building).
An undercover/partially covered outdoor seating area will be provided at the front of shop area.
The living area is short term as it will be converted to an office area so open plan living is okay (will build house elsewhere in the near future).
Shared toilet/bathroom facilities with common access from front shop and temporary living area.
In the province it is relatively inexpensive to build with cement blocks finished with cement render. Imagine a flat roofed building with a stylised shop front and a walkway down the left side of the building which provides access entry points.
Must provide for a vehicle driveway down the left side of the building.
Have just scribbled our disorderly vision down for you in the hope that you may see where it is at this stage.
