I am looking for a talented architect or designer to create a detailed design for a small two-bedroom cabin. The design specifications are as follows:
Dimensions & Layout:
Total area: 7.3 meters by 10 meters.
Back portion: 2 bedrooms, each 3.5 meters wide, separated by a dividing wall.
Front portion: Open kitchen and living room area.
Middle section: Bathroom on one side, utility room on the opposite side.
Ceiling height for bedrooms, utility room, and bathroom: 3 meters.
The roof height for the entire house: 6 meters, with the bedrooms' roof utilized as a loft.
Exterior Features:
A splash pool at the back of the house (1.5 meters by 1.5 meters).
Sliding doors in the bedrooms facing the splash pool.
Windows:
Bedrooms: Windows on the sides and one small window.
Kitchen: One long window on the side.
Living Room: One large window on the side and one large window in the front.
Entry door: Located in the front of the house.
Requirements:
