Room addition

I am adding a dining room onto the back of my home. My HOA is requiring that I have a computer or professional rendering of the project. I need a site plan showing the proposed additional with easement and setbacks, floor plan to scale and elevations to scale. I have attached a sketch from the auditor's site. We are adding a 12x16 room off the back where the bay window is located today, to the left of the brick patio.
