I am looking for an architect who can assist with the addition of a room to my existing residential structure. Therefore, the scope of the project involves extending the current design in a seamless and aesthetically pleasing manner.

- Ability to generate creative and practical solutions that align with the existing structure
- Detail-oriented and precise, with the ability to generate accurate and comprehensive plans
Meeting local building codes and regulations is crucial, so familiarity with those will be considered an advantage. Please share examples of your previous similar projects when bidding.
Your role will be to develop a concept, layout and finalize the design. Being available for consultation during construction would also be beneficial.
