i am looking into building an apartment in the roof the space is 1937.5 Sq .

i am looking to build :
a master bedroom, an office, living room, kitchen , laundry room, outside seating or room to entertainment guest.
- the master bedroom need to have a nature light ,good size dresser and bathroom.
- the kitchen need to be open into the living room.
