Revitalize House Facade, Entrance, and Parking

Request for Concept / Drawing– modern look for house entrance / facade (AI is ok)
I am looking for a concept / drawing, i.e. initially no precise plans for how the north side of the house can be built with a more modern look. (several options / proposals needed)
This should consist of 3 parts:
1. Facade
Additional elements are to be installed on three sides of the existing façade to give the house a more modern look (the fourth side is windows only which will stay).
The rough and white surface-mounted walls are to be retained, i.e. elements are to be installed on the existing wall.
Only a part, about a quarter to a third, should look new.
The windows, which are to remain as they are, must be taken into account.
The elements can be fully or partially covering, e.g. with striped elements.
2. House entrance
The entrance to the house, including the canopy, should also be given a more modern look.
If possible, the tree in the immediate vicinity of the door should be left standing. The other plants can disappear.
3. Parking lot
Two parking spaces should be created to the right of the house entrance. The hedge at the house entrance can therefore be removed.
An ornamental object can be placed between the house entrance and the parking lot Fountain / statue etc.
The entire entrance area should be illuminated at ground level.
