Revit template creation/mangement

I'm looking for someone who has experience building or managing a template. I need views set up and assigned to levels, Preliminary sheets set up. General notes and design specifications set up. A wide array of detail lines, different types of text, different symbols. plan notes templates. a generic title block. The big thing I need right away are a way to load commonly used families (wood walls, wood joists (tji, 2x, lvl, etc), plywood roofs and floors, concrete walls/foundations/floors. and some specialized families for detail creation. Need multiple views for the same level, one printing view, and one view for gravity calcs and lateral calcs (3 total views). each should look different and filter out different things. I also want to be able to schedule a lot of things. So when I tag a wall or a beam system it shows up in a schedule automatically.
