Revit for Structural Design of pavillons
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm seeking a talented Revit specialist to complete the structural design of a residential pavillons. This project will not only need basic architectural design but will also require a strong focus on three key structural elements:
- Foundation and Footings: A sturdy and accurately-designed base is a priority.
- Load-Bearing Walls: Need careful planning and design to ensure the structure's safety.
- Roof Trusses: Require precision and expertise to ensure overall stability.
Structure will be build with wood I-beams and the walls with hempcrete. No previous experience of hempcrete is required but you'll have to learn the specificities.
Pavillons interior dimensions will be 8x3 meters and 2.6 meter high. The two long sides are going to be glass and framing. Short sides will be hempcrete walls.
The ideal freelancer should possess significant experience in structural design, particularly in the residential sector. Proficiency in Revit is a must, along with a strong understanding of load-bearing necessities for residential buildings. Demonstrated skills in creating plans for foundation, footings, load-bearing walls, and roof trusses will be highly regarded.
