Revit Expert for Revit File Conversion

I am looking for a seasoned Revit professional to help with a set of architectural drawings. They were created by an architect not in the US. We do not have Revit, so we are unable to open the file. We would like the file opened so that we are able to see and interpret the drawings. We do not know if they need to be converted to imperial from metric, or if they are dimensioned, so there may be a follow up project after the files are converted to a viewable (scaled) pdf.

This task necessitates somebody who can handle assignments with little direction and is fast yet attentive to detail. Please note, the drawings are presently in Revit format, demonstrating expertise in Revit will be advantageous for this task.
