Revit 2024 Demolition & Construction Modeling

I need a detailed demolition and construction plan for approximately 600 sq. ft house, to be done in Revit 2024. I have a basic model to start with.

Requirements:
- Model the new construction area
- Prepare a demolition plan (Modeling included)

Deliverables:
- Source file
- Demolition plan and 3D isometrics (PDF)
- New construction plan and 3D isometrics (PDF)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Revit 2024
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural modeling
- Experience with demolition and construction planning
