Revamp 3-Storey Revit Project, Contemporary Style

My three storey Revit building (including basement garage and two above-ground floors) needs an expert hand to tidy it up, apply architectural cladding, and enhance the aesthetics.

Here are the job specifics:
- Modify windows, doors, stairs and railings material and colours etc to be more architecturally pleasing, and aligning with the new cladding.
- Apply contemporary style metal cladding in a light colour to the roof and outside walls lending the building a modern and minimalistic flair.
- Add other materials to balcony, soffits etc to complement the metal cladding
- choose alternative material on balcony walls to complement and contrast the metal cladding.
- Garage walls to match garage door cladding to hide the garage door.
-Add guttering and downpipes to complete the design
- Adjust design as necessary to enhance it’s architectural appeal.

The freelancer for this job should preferably have:
- Advanced skills in Revit Architecture
- Extensive experience with contemporary building designs
- Proficiency in architectural cladding implementation, especially with metal materials.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, to enhance the building's architectural appeal.
