Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a 120 year old commercial building in Buncrana, Co. Donegal, Ireland. It was built by the British army in the 1st world war as a rest and relaxation facility for the troops. Since then it is now a furniture store. The owner now requires a retrofit of the premises to accommodate a cafe, retail stores & a 2 bedroom residential dwelling.
A survey of the premises will be required on site and 2D drawings will be required to provide a layout of the existing premises. Once these are completed accurately we will then agree on a proposed layout of the premises to accommodate a cafe, retail stores & a 2 bedroom residential dwelling. Finally 3D elevations and interiors will be required to explain the concept.
The ideal candidate will be willing to travel to Ireland to carry out the inital survey.
